What can non-surgical treatment actually do?
Ageing happens in layers: the skin thins and loses water, the fat pads deflate and slide, and the supporting tissue (the SMAS) loosens. Non-surgical treatments work on the top two layers well and on the third only modestly. That is why we match the tool to the layer instead of selling a single device for every face.
Devices such as Ultherapy and Thermage FLX heat collagen to tighten. Regenerative injectables such as Rejuran improve texture and elasticity. Fillers replace volume and sharpen contours. When sagging is heavy, a facelift is the more honest answer.

Which non-surgical treatment do I need?
| Lifting devices | Regenerative injectables | Fillers | |
| Main concern | Mild sagging, jowls | Texture, fine lines, dullness | Hollows, weak chin or jaw |
| Examples | Ultherapy, Thermage FLX | Rejuran, skin boosters | Jawline, nasolabial filler |
| When you see it | Gradually over 2–3 months | After 2–3 sessions | Immediately |
| Downtime | Redness for hours | Small bumps 1–2 days | Swelling 1–3 days |
| Typical longevity | About 1 year | Several months | 6–18 months |
Most good plans combine one tightening device with one skin-quality treatment. Prices for each treatment are on separate pages such as Ultherapy cost and Rejuran cost.

Are non-surgical treatments safe?
Side effects are usually short-lived: redness, swelling, bruising at injection points and, with devices, temporary tenderness or numb patches. Rare risks include burns from energy devices and, with fillers, lumps or vascular complications, which is why injections near the eyes and nose are done by a doctor who knows the anatomy well.
“I would rather tell someone a device will not be enough than sell them three sessions that leave them disappointed.”
Dr. Lee Yoo-jung · Chief DirectorFrequently asked questions
Can non-surgical treatment replace a facelift?
Not when sagging is moderate to heavy. Devices and injectables suit early laxity and skin quality; they can delay surgery but not reproduce it.
Can I have several treatments in one day?
Often yes. A lifting device followed by a skin booster on the same visit is a common combination for overseas patients.
How soon can I fly after treatment?
Usually the next day. With fillers it is sensible to wait 24–48 hours so swelling can be checked.
Who performs the treatment?
Dr. Lee Yoo-jung plans your treatment and performs the injections herself.
How long do results last?
Lifting devices usually last around a year, regenerative injectables several months, and fillers 6–18 months depending on the product and area.
Is the consultation free?
Yes. You can start with photos on WhatsApp or come to the clinic near Sinsa Station Exit 6.
